James Francis Cameron (rođen 16. augusta 1954) kanadski je filmski režiser, filmski producent, scenarist, montažer i izumitelj. Poznat je po svojim akcijskim i naučnofantastičnim filmovima koji su obično komercijalno uspješni i vrlo inovativni. Tematski, Cameronovi filmovi općenito istražuju odnos između čovjeka i tehnologije. Cameron je režirao Titanic, koji je postao najuspješniji film svih vremena, sa svjetskom zaradom od 1,8 milijardi dolara. Autor je i franšize Terminator.
