La-srodni protein 4 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom LARP4.[4][5] LARP4 je protein koji se veže za RNK i sastoji se od motiva La (LaM), motiva za prepoznavanje RNK (RRM) i navodnog motiva vezivanja PABP. Pokazano je da je LARP4 uključen u stabilnost iRNK.[6]

Poznato je da LARP4 regulira migraciju i invaziju ćelija raka, promjenom njihovog oblika.[7] Također je objavljeno da je supresorski gen gliomskog tumora.[8]
