Petnaesta i zadnja sezona Lovaca na natprirodno, američke fantazijske serije autora Erica Kripkea najavljena je za premijerno emitiranje na The CW-u 10. oktobra 2019.[1] Serija je trebala u početku završiti u maju 2020. godine, ali snimanje serije je pauzirano nakon 23. marrta 2020. godine zbog pandemije COVID-19.Sezona je nastavljena sa emitiranjem 8. oktobra 2020, a finale serije je zakazano za 19. novembar 2020.[2] Sezona se sastoji od 20. epizoda i emitira se četvrtkom u 8:00 (ET). Ovo je četvrta i zadnja sezona s Andreom Dabbom i Robertom Singerom.

Dana 31. januara 2019, The CW najavio je 15. sezonu serije.[23] Dana 22. marta glavne zvijezde serijala Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles i Misha Collins najavili su da će petnaesta sezona sa 20 epizoda biti i posljedna. Jensen Ackles koji je posljedni put režiro epizodu "The Bad Seed" iz jedanaeste sezone, režirao je prvu snimljenu epizodu, koja će se hronološki emitirati kao četvrta epizoda. Ostali članovi glumačke ekipe uključuju i režisera povratnika u serijal Richarda Speighta kao i mladog glumca Matta Cohena koji tumači lik Johna Winchgestera. Jake Abel ponovit će svoju ulogu Winchesterovog davnog izgubljenog brata Adama Milligana koji se posljedni put pojavio u finalu pete sezone.[24]

Finale serije bilo je postavljeno 18. marta 2020, ali je zbog COVID-19, Warner Bros televizija, zaustavila proizovdnju na seriji.[25] U martu Andrew Dabb je rekao, da će se nakon 23. marta 2020, zaustaviti emitiranje. Dabb je također rekao da je završeno snimanje od 18 do 20 epizoda serije, ali proces postprodukcije je prekinut zbog COVID-19. U augustu 2020, The CW najavio je da će sezona nastaviti emitiranje 8. oktobra 2020, a finale serije zakazano je 19. novembra 2020, pri čemu će biti i objavljen specijal povodom kraja serije, pod naslovom "The Long Road Home". Snimanje sezone je nastavljeno 18. agusuta 2020, a završeno 10. septembra 2020.[26][27]
