Setchellanthus je monotipski rod cvjetnica iz zasebne porodice Setchellanthaceae u redu Brassicales, razred Magnoliopsida, divizija Tracheophyta.[1]
Jedina vrsta Setchellanthus caeruleus , endem je u meksičkim državama Coahuila, Durango, Oaxaca i Puebla.
Setchellanthus caeruleus je kseromorfni grm iz pustinje Chihuahua i doline Tehuacán-Cuicatlán. Odlikuje se velikim plavim cvjetovima.[2] Rod je ranije uključivan u porodicu Capparaceae [3][4]
