Premijer liga Engleske 2013/14. je bila 22. sezona Premijer lige. Sezona je počela 17. augusta 2013. a završila 11. maja 2014. godine.
Manchester City je pobjedom u posljednjem kolu nad West Ham Unitedom rezultatom 2-0 po četvrti put osvojio šampionsku titulu nacionalnog prvenstva Engleske odnosno drugu šampionsku titulu Premijer lige[3]. U grupnu fazu Lige prvaka osim prvaka plasirali su se još Liverpool i Chelsea. Arsenal kao četvrtoplasirana ekipa Premijer lige igraće play-off za plasman u Ligu prvaka.
Hull City je kao finalista FA kupa osigurao učešće u grupnoj fazi Evropske lige 2014/15. (Arsenal kao drugi finalista je već osigurao plasman u grupnu fazu Lige prvaka 2014/15.), Everton kao petoplasirana ekipa je osigurao play-off za Evropsku ligu 2014/15. i Tottenham Hotspur kao šestoplasirana ekipa je osigurao učešće u trećem krugu kvalifikacija za Evropsku ligu 2014/15..
Iz lige su ispali Cardiff City, Fulham i Norwich City.

Ukupno 20 timova učestvovalo je u Premijer ligi Engleske 2013/14., uključujući i 17 ekipa iz prethodne sezone 2012-13 i dvije prvoplasirane iz prethodne sezone u Championship-u 2012/13., te pobjednika play-offa između trećeplasirane ekipe iz Championship-a 2012/13. Watford-a, četvrtoplasirane Brighton & Hove Albion, petoplasirane Crystal Palace i šestoplasirane ekipe Leicester City.

1 Pobjednik FA kupa 2013/14. Arsenal i pobjednik Liga kupa 2013/14. Manchester City su se kvalificirali u UEFA Ligu prvaka 2014/15. te su mjesta rezervisana za pobjednike pomenutih takmičenja u UEFA Evropskoj ligi 2014/15. dodijeljena petoplasiranoj ekipi prvenstva Evertonu i šestoplasiranoj ekipi Tottenhamu.
2 Hull City se kvalificirao u UEFA Evropsku ligu 2014/15. kao finalista FA kupa. Arsenal, pobjednik FA kupa 2013/14. je već obezbjedio učešće u kvalifikacijama za UEFA Ligu prvaka 2014/15.
