Utrka u potjeri na 10 km na Svjetskom prvenstvu u biatlonu 2019. u ženskoj konkurenciji održala se 10. marta 2019. u švedskom gradu Östersundu.[1][2] Pravo nastupa imale su 60 prvoplasiranih biatlonki iz utrke sprinta održane 8. marta.
