Interakcija čovjek-računar (engl. Human-computer interaction, HCI) je interdisciplinarna oblast koja se bavi proučavanjem interakcije između ljudi i računara, sa ciljem da računare učini prikladnijim i lakšim za korištenje, a da se pri tome koriste kao instrumenti koji poboljšavaju čovjekovu kreativnost i komunikaciju, i saradnju između ljudi. Također se ponekad koriste i skraćenice CHI (engl. Computer human interaction) i MMI (engl. Man machine interaction).
HCI je postala izuzetno važna krajem 20. vijeka pojavljivanjem sve jeftinijih, manjih i sve moćnijih računara.
Interakcija između korisnika i računara pojavljuje se kao korisnički interfejs, koji obuhvata:
- hardver (ulazne i izlazne uređaje) i
- softver.
