U spisku su navedeni predsjednici Vlada koje su upravljale Srbijom od 1805. do danas. Datumi su zaključno sa 1918. godinom dati po starom, julijanskom kalendaru, koji je kasnio za gregorijanskim 12 dana u XIX i 13 dana u XX vijeku.

Nazivi vlada[uredi]
Mada je "Vlada" kolokvijalni naziv, to nije morao biti formalni, ustavni, naziv.
Prema "Turskom ustavu" od 1838., postojala je Knjažeska kancelarija kojoj je na čelu bio "predstavnik knjažeski", zadužen i za inostrane poslove. Prema zakonu od 10.3.1862. ustanovljen je Sovet Ministerski na čelu sa odgovarajućim predsedateljem. Ustav iz 1888. (poslije usvajanja Vukovog pravopisa) pominje Ministarski Savet na čelu sa Predsednikom M. S.. Ovi nazivi su zadržani i u jugoslovenskim ustavima iz 1921. (Vidovdanski) i 1931. (Septembarski). Knez/Kralj je također imao izvršnu vlast, kao nadređen vladi.
U Srbiji kao dijelu druge Jugoslavije, korišten je naziv Vlada 1945-53, Izvršno veće 1953-90 i opet Vlada od 1990.
