NM23-LV, znan i kao NME1-NME2, je ljudski gen.[4]

MRNA NME1-NME2 prirodni je kotranskribirani proizvod susjednih gena NME1 i NME2. Značaj ove kotranskribirane iRNK i funkcija predviđenog proteinskog proizvoda još nisu utvrđeni.

Alternativna prerada transkripta ovog gena rezultira različitim varijantama transkripta koji kodiraju različite izoforme, ali priroda pune dužine svake varijante nije određena.[4]

Dužina polipeptidnog lanca je 152 aminokiseline, sa molekulskom težinom od 17.298.[5].
