Sterling Morrison (East Meadow, New York, 29. august 1942 – Poughkeepsie, New York, 30. august 1995), američki gitarista i bas gitarista.

Bio je član rock benda The Velvet Underground.

Također je i ušao u Rock and Roll Hall of Fame kao član The Velvet Underground.
