Hedjkheperre Setepenre Takelot II Si-Ese bio je faraon[1] Dvadeset treće dinastije drevnog Egipta, koji je vladao Srednjim i Gornjim Egiptom (840 – 815. p. n. e.). Identificiran je kao Visoki svećenik Amuna Takelot F, sin Visokog Amunovog svećenika Nimlota C u Teba te, kao takav unuk faraona Osorkona II.[2]
Takelot II je bio prvi vladar XXIII dinastije, koja je predstavljala manje posebnu novu dinastiju, a više ogranak već postojeće XXII dinastije čija vlast se svela na Donji Egipat.
Takelotovu vladavinu su obilježili nemiri u Tebi i borba s pretendentom po imenu Pedubastis I.
