Apusomonadida je taksonomska grupa protozojskih zooflagellata, sestrinska grupa Opisthokonta. Skupa sa Breviatea, formiraju kladus Obazoa.[1][2][3]
Apuzomonadide uključuju rodove Apusomonas, Amastigomonas, Manchomonas, Thecamonas, Podomonas i Multimonas. Još uvijek ulažu se napori da se razjasne veze između ovih rodova.[4]
