Protein 4 glioksalaznog domna je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom GLOD4 .[ 5] [ 6] [ 7]
Alternativnom preradom transkripta mastaju tri izoforme kodiranog protreina.
Izoforma 1 (identifikator: Q9HC38-1) [UniParc] FASTA izabrana je kao kanonička sekvenca. Sve pozicijske informacije u ovom unosu odnose se na njih. Ovo je ujedno i sekvenca koja se pojavljuje u verzijama unosa za preuzimanje.
Izoforma 2 (identifikator: Q9HC38-2) [UniParc] FASTA razlikuje se od kanonske sekvence po nizu aminokiselina u rasponu 32-62.
Izoforma 3 (identifikator: Q9HC38-3) ima sekvencu koja razlikuje se od kanonskog slijeda na sljedeći način:
