Funkcija
[uredi | uredi izvor]PEA15 je protein koji sadrži domen efektora smrti (DED) koji se pretežno eksprimira u centralnom nervnom sistemu, posebno u astrocitima.[6]
PEA-15 podstiče autofagiju u ćelijama glioma na način ovisan o JNK.[7]
